Refund Policy

All sales are final once your investigation starts, because the data and review time are spent. If we can't deliver your report, you get a full refund. Not sure? Start with the Free Evidence Check to see what we can find before you pay.

• The exception: if we can't deliver the report you paid for (for example, the chain isn't supported), you get a full refund.
• Before you pay, you'll be asked to tick a box: "I understand all sales are final once my investigation starts."
• The Free Evidence Check is always free, and so are our guides, including the IC3 filing guide.
• When paid reports open, payments will go through Stripe.
