SAMPLEExcerpt from the sample Evidence Report (example data): What happened to you, in plain English
SAMPLE

What happened to you, in plain English

On Mar 3, 2026 someone you met in a Telegram trading group convinced you to send 42 SOL (about $6,300) to a "staking vault" that promised 3% a day. The vault address was an ordinary wallet. Within 40 minutes your SOL was moved through a short-lived wallet, swapped to USDC, and most of it (about 6,050 USDC) appears to have landed in a deposit address at a large exchange. That exchange deposit is the most useful lead in this report: exchanges can identify their customers when law enforcement asks.

What we suggest

We'll never suggest a report that costs more than makes sense for what you lost.

  • Lost under $500? Our Free Evidence Check and our free IC3 filing guide are probably all you need.
  • $500 to $100,000: we suggest the $39 Evidence Report.
  • Over $100,000, or over about $5,000 with many wallets: the $99 Full Investigation may be worth it.

Filing with IC3 is free, there's no minimum loss, and you do it yourself. A paid report organizes your evidence for IC3; filing itself is free.

Refunds: All sales are final once your investigation starts, because the data and review time are spent. If we can't deliver your report, you get a full refund. Not sure? Start with the Free Evidence Check to see what we can find before you pay. Refund policy

FAQ

Is this a recovery scam?

No. We never ask for your seed phrase or wallet access, never promise to get your money back, and never contact you first. We give you a report of public blockchain records that you file yourself. Anyone promising recovery for a fee is a red flag.

Can you get my money back?

No. WalletTies is not a recovery service. Nobody can promise to get crypto back. The FBI and FTC warn that "recovery" services asking for upfront fees are often scams themselves. We give you organized evidence. You file it yourself.

Will you ask for my seed phrase or wallet login?

Never. We only need your public wallet address. Your seed phrase or private key gives total control of your wallet. Never share it with anyone.

Do you contact the police or the people who took my money for me?

No. You file the report yourself, and filing with IC3 is free. Your report includes copy-paste text for the IC3 form, and our free IC3 filing guide walks you through it.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final once your investigation starts, because the data and review time are spent. If we can't deliver your report, you get a full refund. Not sure? Start with the Free Evidence Check to see what we can find before you pay.

What if the money went through a mixer or a bridge?

The trace follows the money as far as public records allow. If funds hit a mixer or cross to another blockchain, we note where the trail stops and why, so investigators know where to pick it up.

What happens to my information?

We use it only for your case and delete it 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. See our Privacy policy.
